Clint, thanks for setting this up. I appreciate the time that we all spent together as a patrol over the last two weeks. I have appreciated the lessons learned and your friendships.

I thought it would only be fitting to include a scout picture. This is from our September Court of Honor and shows me in my true form without the facial hair. The other is part of our scouts after a quick swim at Bear Lake earlier this year.

Antelope Elevated. . .Boys Benefitted

We were able to complete our Woodbadge training. We all have our tickets ready to achieve and now it's time to work our way back to Gilwell! I'll start posting the pictures from our groups when we get them, but until then, let's post some pictures from activities from our units. Here is a picture of some of my boys that were able to come up on a camp with us.

We can also keep each other updated on the progress of our tickets. I was able to schedule two of my tickets and complete one. I am also happy to say that the presentation we did as a group went well in my Aaronic Priesthood meeting. I told them we needed at least three people to be in our Scout Committee. We have a couple of names, and they apologized for knowingly pile on the responsibilities. They were very receptive and grateful for the information that we presented. I owe it all to you. I couldn't have been able to teach them (using the EDGE) about an effective committee without your help and hope. Thanks again for showing me the light of a functioning program. We are on our way!

The Bishop was so inspired from the salt I put into his oats that he started making assignments for Youth Protection (one of my tickets) and Woodbadge training (another ticket). He committed to come to the 2010 Woodbadge course after he retires from his job. I'm really excited for the progress from just one meeting. Now comes the hard work of following up and ensuring that the program is implemented.

Thank you for your encouragement and desire to help guide me. I couldn't have asked for a better group of mentors.
